Exchange and Return Form

Applicable to purchases made at miaemar.pt or miaemar.com.

All items will be checked as soon as we receive them at our facilities and only those that meet these conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.

Returns and/or exchanges must be made as follows:

The packaging must be returned complete, as it was delivered, and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. The packaging and the indicated documents must be sent free of charge to the following address:

If the customer/user chooses other return methods, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.

Cancellations, exchanges, or returns of items that we do not stock, whose order to the supplier originated from the customer's specific order, or items customized according to the customer's specifications, are not accepted.

In case of "manufacturing defect," that is, when equipment failures are detected that, in principle, do not fall within the scope of the respective warranty, the customer/user must return the equipment, along with a copy of the invoice and the completed "Equipment Exchange/Return Request" form, within a maximum of 30 consecutive days from the date of the invoice.

For the product exchange to be carried out, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, instruction manual, and respective accessories). (accessories) containing all the components that constitute it, in excellent condition.

If any of the elements mentioned above are missing, or if any of the components are not in excellent condition, there will be no exchange or replacement.

MIA & MAR Accessories reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions.

Warranty

All products available in the Store are duly certified by the competent international bodies.
Accessories have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which under legal terms is at least 2 (two) years. This period is considered from the date of the product's invoice and can only be exercised upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.

Products that have exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or present defects caused by abnormal wear, improper use, weather, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents, mishandling, use of non-original accessories and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel are considered outside the warranty conditions.

If the product deteriorates, and if it is covered by the warranty, the customer/user may take it, and the respective proof of purchase and/or warranty, to MIA & MAR Accessories.

Accessories covered by the warranty that break must be sent, with the respective proof of purchase and/or warranty, to MIA & MAR Accessories.

If the customer/user chooses other return methods, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility. The customer/user must always request the receipt from the respective carriers (example: CTT) that proves the shipment of the order.

If the product deteriorates and is not covered by the warranty, the customer/user may take the product, along with the respective proof of purchase, to MIA & MAR Accessories.
